And a lot of other smaller updates and bugfixes.

NOTE: (November 3rd, 2009) - There seems to be an issue with Horde webmail 'clearing' text boxes when you add an attachment, this seems intermittent, and only happens when you compose mail in a new popup window.  An immediate workaround can be achieved by turning off "popups" for composing mail, found in the Horde setup.
