Antivirus software was installed on the server on the 25th. After a day of testing, the software was implemented for all users on the 26th.

This is transparent to all mail users, if someone sends mail to you with a virus, or you are infected with a virus and send mail through this server, it will automatically remove the offending virus. Within the past day t his system has caught 240 of the recent Sobig.F virus, and a few others. The false positive rate for this antivirus software is 0%, however if you feel something got filtered for no good reason please email Zoidial, Inc. support.

At the same time virus software was installed, some anti-spam software was installed, but not implemented. Currently this is in testing phase, within the next week or so it may get implemented. While it is implemented, m ail that goes to you that is spam will be marked as Unsolicited Bulk Mail in the subject: headers, and have spam details in the email itself.

After an initial test phase of the anti-spam system, users will have the option of having things marked as 'spam' or be deleted immediately.
